About our Lewisville Area Flags Lease Subcription Program
 
Thank you for your interest in the Lewisville Area Flags Program brought to the community by the Lewisville Morning Rotary Club. The Lewisville Area Flag Program is the Lewisville Morning Rotary Clubs primary fundraiser in support of our local community projects such as the Dictionary Project, Perfect Attendance at Central Elementary School, Christian Community Action Food Pantry, Salvation Army, Youth Scholarships, Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, International Projects such as the Dental Clinic in Costa Rica, The Rotary Foundation and BSA Troop 9168.
 
We have a two tiered subscription schedule.
 
All subscriptions will be for a full year commencing with the next holiday (for the Tier you choose) following receipt of payment. Payment for new subscriptions must be received three weeks prior to the holiday and renewals two weeks prior. Renewal reminders will be emailed approximately six weeks before the renewal date.
 
Through our two tiered options we offer our six traditional holidays Tier 1 option and our full holiday schedule as Tier 2 option.

Note: Each subscribers "subscription year" begins with the first tier holiday following the date the subscription payment was received. New Subscription payments must be received three weeks before the holiday while Renewal Subscription payments must be received two weeks before the holiday. If payment is not received in time the subscription will commence with the next holiday for the Tier. 
The annual lease fee includes:
 
  • a high quality 3' x 5' United States Flag fastened to a 10' long pole that is set into a sleeve we have installed in your front yard.  
  • installation of the sleeve set in a location you choose. The sleeves will be installed by Rotarians 2 to 3 weeks prior to the next flag launch date.
  • For each of the subsequent holidays, our volunteer boy scouts will install the flags prior to the holiday and remove the flags after the holiday.
The actual date of installation and removal of flag and pole will depend on weather and other scheduling factors. For most holidays, the installation will be during the weekend before the holiday and the removal will be during the weekend following the holiday.
Flag Lease Subscription Process
 
 
Our preferred Flag Subscription submission and payment method is the online.
 
To order a flag subscription for your home, simply complete the online form (see button on left). Once the online form is completed and submitted, you will receive and an acknowledgement via e-mail that will include the payment processing information. Payment can be online by credit card or by mailing check.  The payment mail information is included in the e-mail you will receive.
Payment Information
Your payment for the Lewisville Area Flags subscription program supports local scout troops and the Lewisville Morning Rotary Clubs many community support initiatives. See "About Lewisville Morning Rotary Club Inc" for list of our clubs initiatives.
